Social inequality

Social inequality in my opinion is caused by the different jobs in the community and how everyone gets payed. Social inequality is equivalent to bullying in some ways. We look down on the people that are payed less and the people with more money are given more power and can do a lot more than the poor.

When I see a homeless person on the side of the street it make sure me feel terrible, although some of those people put themselves in that position. Drugs and alcohol have their ways of working themselves into people's lives. People with upperclass jobs tend to not use drugs because their jobs and family keep them so busy and satisfied that they don't need to but on the other hand, the poorer people often lead to doing drugs because they don't have that high paying job or the perfect family.

The only time I really experienced seeing a lot of homeless people was when I went to Washington DC. There were people on the streets everywhere and there was no getting away from it. It was very devastating watching the people beg for money but you also don't know if they're acting or not because there are sick people in the world that do that.
